Scope and acceptance
This WorkIM User Agreement governs your access to and use of WorkIM products and related services. The service provider is WORKIM PTE. LTD., with its registered address at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #08-54, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. By registering, signing in to, accessing or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement.
Eligibility and account security
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws where you are located. You are responsible for protecting your account, credentials, verification methods and signed-in devices. Activity through your account is treated as your activity. Promptly notify WorkIM of unauthorised use or a security incident.
Services and changes
WorkIM may modify, update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services for business, technical, security or legal reasons. Paid services, feature availability, version scope and support arrangements are subject to applicable product information, an order or another written agreement. If you do not accept an update, stop using the affected services.
Privacy, data and compliance
You acknowledge the applicable Privacy Policy. You must have the right to submit, process or share personal data, content and business data through the services, and obtain required authorisation, notice or consent. You must not use the services in breach of applicable export controls, sanctions, data-protection or other laws.
Acceptable use and content
You must follow applicable laws and WorkIM rules. Do not misuse the services, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, impersonate others, distribute malicious code or phishing content, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, or publish or transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, violent, sexual, spam or otherwise inappropriate content. You remain responsible for content you submit, send or make public through the services.
Enforcement and account restrictions
To protect users, the services and third parties, WorkIM may issue warnings or restrict, freeze, suspend, disable or terminate an account where it reasonably identifies a breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment or legal requirement. You may not evade an account restriction through another account.
Intellectual property and content licence
Software, text, data, images, marks, interfaces and other materials in the WorkIM services are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive no ownership rights unless WorkIM gives written permission. For content you choose to publish in a publicly accessible WorkIM area, you grant WorkIM a non-exclusive licence needed to operate, display, distribute and improve that public feature. This does not remove rights you otherwise hold in your original content.
Termination, disclaimer and liability
You may close an account or stop using the services through available product controls. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkIM does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure or fit-for-purpose service. WorkIM is not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, third-party content or external links.
Governing law, updates and website cookies
This agreement is governed by Singapore law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. WorkIM may update these terms and publish the revised version in the product or website; continued use means acceptance. Necessary cookies are used for the product website to function; preference and analytics cookies are handled according to the cookie notice and your choices.
